Q. I made a video on my digital camera and I thought I would be able to rotate it because it came out rotated and not the right way up. I wonder if there is any video editing software that will change it.

Kuroy, I'm about 99% Adobe Premiere will let you do it. You can turn it any direction verticle or horizontal - any point within too.
