What is the best, Free, Down-loadable, User friendly video editing software out there? Something easy to use, down-loadable and free.

Photobucket is a great web based and FREE editing tools. The software behind it comes from Adobe who make some of the best commercial ($$$) photo and video editors. If you need/want more features downloading VideoSpin or VideoThang are great options. Still free, but you have to download the software. For under $100 you can buy Adobe Premiere Elements.

What is a good user-friendly video editing software for PC?

I'm in charge of editing a video at my workplace, which, I could do fairly simplistically with Windows Movie Maker - but, everyone knows how low quality WMM actually is. Now, I'm wondering if anybody knows of some user-friendly (ease of use) video editing (and producing) software that can be used on PC that will produce a good quality video?
