What laptop is better for video editing?

I want to buy a laptop but im not sure whats better, i want to use programs like adobe premiere pro cs3 or cs4 or sony vegas and effects programs like adobe after effects, so my question is which laptop i should get.

1)Sony 15" Laptop w/Intel Dual Core Processor, 4GB Memory, 320GB Hard Drive
or
2)Toshiba 16" Laptop w/Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 3GB DDR3 Memory, 250GB Hard Drive

So is Intel Dual Core better or is Intel Core 2 duo processor better, and will 4gb of ddr2 make a difference than just 3gb of ddr3? And both of these are the same price so which one would you guys suggest for video editing?

The Toshiba sounds a bit more capable, as video editing is fairly intense on the processor. However, the video card plays a large part in this as well. You should check to see what video chipsets these laptops have first.

You would need a much better full featured laptop wit much better processor and graphics/video card chip set. It is a cheap netbook or Mini laptop.

Video editing machine needs both a powerful Processor & Graphic card.
