I have a option of getting Movie Edit Pro 18 MX, Corel VideoStudio Pro X4 Ultimate, Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11 Production Suite and Sony Creative Software Vegas Movie Studio HD 11.0. Which one of these should I get ? Which one will also be good to make youtube videos ?
I heard sony vegas laggs a lot I would like to know a video editing software that isn't sony vegas but is good for all computers even slow and old ones.

Recommend some hardware specs for a desktop?

I am a 3d animator and wold like to buy a desktop soon for rendering high poly 3d scenes with lots of textures. Use with Maya, Zbrush and some video editing software.
What would you recommend in terms of processor RAM and graphic card?
also, how much does "cache" and front side bus affect speed? What to llok for in terms of that.
