Video:

Hello! I have been through tons of video editors and none have seemed to satisfy my needs!

I think the best if Sony Vegas. Any version is good. I have downloaded the full version of the internet and I didn't use a torrent, keygen, seed, patch, or a crack. I have scanned the program and it is completely safe. I have used it and it is amazing and works great!

It has text effects, cropping, panning, can edit photos, coloring, audio editing, transitions, media generators, plenty of Video FX, and much, much more.

I would recommend it to anybody. When you first open it, you will probably think it's hard to use but it's totally not. If you go on Youtube, there are plenty of channels and videos dedicated to teach how to use Sony Vegas.

I've read most of the comments and I don't believe I've read anything about viruses, trojans, spyware, adware, malware, or anything like that. Most people seem satisfied, actually. If you ever need help, IM me. I am usually online and I can help you with anything.

REMEMBER!:
It is in a zip file and requies WinRAR (Download: http://download.cnet.com/WinRAR-32-bit/3⦠When you open it, YOU HAVE TO READ THE FILE LABELED ''READ ME''! If you do not, you will not install it correctly. I promise you this is safe and is an amazing program. I promise this is one of the best out there!

Photo:
Gimp is a really nice, easy program similiar to Photoshop but free. It has many features such as the pen. Here is the download link. It is tested and is free of any damaging viruses. I hope you enjoy:

What are the most Interactive Presentation Software in the market today?

Asmaa

I have been using powerpoint and I need something more interactive to incorporate text, sounds, video and even quizzes, voting with the results shown immediately. Doesn't have to be free.

Answer
1. PowerPoint

Like it or loathe it, PowerPoint is here to stay. At 20 years old it is still the leading presentation software. At one point it was estimated that there are 30 million PowerPoint presentations given every day. But is it really time to Ditch PowerPoint?

2. Flash

For stunning presentations that you can also put on-line Flash is by far the best presentation technology on the market. The animation effects and the ability to import video are stunning. The biggest problem is that it takes a high degree of proficiency to get it to work for you. I have been on a couple of day classes and still find it extremely difficult to do even a most basic presentation. There are quite a number of examples of Flash Presentations you can find on the web.

3. Open Office Impress

Open Office Impress is the free open source presentation technology. It contains a number of features not available in PowerPoint. See our posts on Is Open Office Impress better than PowerPoint? and Free Impress Templates. You can also read Bruce Byfieldâs comparison of Open Office and PowerPoint.

4. Apple Keynote
For those of you using Macs there is a small community of people who use Apple Keynote. They have just brought out a new version. Apple launches iWork 8 with Keynote update
5. Photoshop

If you want to make your presentations fly then you will need a way of easily editing images - for example to adjust the colours, or make images transparent. We use Photoshop a lot - but you could also use the open source equivalent Gimp. Why do you need to manipulate images - have a look at how to make incredible pictures.

6. NXPowerLite

NXPowerLite can compress files by as much as 75%, making them easier to use, store and share. It reduces file sizes more significantly than zip compression and removes the need to unzip. www.nxpowerlite.com

7. PowerPlugs Charts

If you want to make professional looking graphs and charts in PowerPoint then you will find the PowerPlugs Charts pretty hard to beat. The only downside is that once you have made the chart it is not easily possible to e-mail it to other people and allow them to change the image.

8. Perspector

A nifty little tool for making 3d shapes for PowerPoint. Read the review of Perspector.

9. Color Schemer

PowerPoint comes as standard with the most appalling colour schemes. To solve this we extensively use an electronic colour wheel called Color Schemer. We bought the PC software but there is a free on-line tool at Color Schemer Online.

10. PowerConverter

PowerConverter is a nifty little tool that can convert PowerPoint to Flash. It is a nice way to put a presentation online and you can include navigation. We found that it was not fully compatible with all of the animation settings but was a good way to put a presentation online.

Anything that we have missed? Need us to review some Presentation Software? Drop us a comment below.

What is the best editing software for videos?

Ryan

I have been using Sony Movie Studio Platinum HD 10 for awhile, and have recently started having some downloading issues with it. So I'm thinking of getting new software what do you think I should get? I don't need a beginners software
I've self-taught myself about a lot of things. Please keep it in the 0-200 dollar range.

Answer
CyberLink PowerDirector 10 is a feature-packed video editor that boasts some serious improvements over its previous iteration. With its revamped TrueVelocity engine and OpenCL support, it makes editing and rendering a bit speedier than before. Plus, it's got built-in 3D support.
As for the basics, PowerDirector can import and handle most of the video file types you would normally come across. You can also use it to easily add text, effects, and transitions; edit audio; capture video; burn discs; and share content online. Plus, it has intuitive, icon-based navigation and ample thumbnails, making it quite easy to zip around its interface.
So what's new? Eye-popping titles, picture-in-picture, particle effects, and time-lapse editing are among the added features. There's also, of course, some incredibly powerful 3D editing, as it can import all types of 3D content, convert from 2D to 3D, and output to virtually any industry-standard 3D format. Plus, the program includes some very nifty 3D menus and effects.
Among the new features, one of our favorites has to be Audio Beat Marker, which can potentially shave hours off of your editing sessions. The Beat Marker analyzes your soundtrack and automatically places markers at what it feels are major beat points, making it much easier to precisely place music-driven transitions and other effects. So, as you can imagine, it makes editing, say, a music video a less tedious process. There's also a single-click audio normalizer for when you're compiling several clips from different audio sources with different audio properties.
Another new feature we enjoy is the Drawing tool. It can record your mouse-drawn gestures and create overlays for use with your footage. Imagine recording your signature, and having it play out to look like graffiti being sprayed on a wall. While it might not be something you'd use every day, it sure is a nifty trick to have in your back pocket.
Finally, one thing that sets PowerDirector apart from its competitors is its integrated user community, DirectorZone. Through DirectorZone, you can download creative new menus, effects, particles, and even tutorials to help enrich your CyberLink experience overall. So if you need to stylize some dream sequence footage, for instance, you can log in and get tips from others who have that kind of knowledge.
While we do love the improvements that PowerDirector 10 brings to the table, we still wish we could squeeze a bit more out of its revamped engines. We felt it was a bit sluggish when launching, and it even lagged a little when we tried to quickly click through and preview all of the video effects. Overall, it's certainly not a slow program, but we did expect it to be a bit zippier.
In spite of its performance blips, we still consider CyberLink PowerDirector 10 a feature-packed video editor that gives you tons of bang for your buck. Whether you're a novice video editor or a more advanced user, it should have the tools you're looking for. And if it doesn't, you can probably find what you're looking for in the built-in treasure trove that is DirectorZone.
