What is the best laptop for photographers?

My brother is a professional photographer. I intend to give him a laptop that he can use for his work. He also does a lot of video editing. No necessary price limit.If you could please suggest one from mac and one thats a PC. Thanks!

My brother has an Adobe suite software. Im not really sure what its called but that's the one he uses for photo and video editing.

It really doesn't matter, but a lot of people say a mac book, I would suggest a laptop with a big screen, maybe a 17" and one that has a blu ray player.

Im new to windows, we had a mac but its broken. and I need to know what kind of video editing software there is. annd, btw. the laptop we bought doesnt have moviemaker

I have used a few video editing programs and the easiest one has been DVD Slideshow Builder. Very easy to use with professional features and same sort of layout as Movie Maker however a lot more powerful,it goes well with windows 7.
