Hey guys , I want to ask if any of you guys know any good video editor software thing. I want to add effects to my videos , such as: Change Voice to like a chipmunk sound-ish , deep man voice &etcc. And adding background music sound. Like really good effects and all. Background Effects/ Changing effects and all./ Can anyone give me a good site I can get it from?
