I'm seeing a lot of users uploading good videos because of their video editing software. For Windows, is there any good video editing software?

If you're new to editing videos, use Windows Movie Maker which is free.
If you want to be very pro and products you need to pay for, it would be Sony Vegas Pro or Adobe After Effects/ Premiere Pro (however, they're very costly and hard to use)
