Best video editing software that works with these video formats?

AVS Editor is suppose to but when i try to work with a MOV clip it goes slow everytime

i need a video editing software that works with 3gpp, what can i use? it has to be kinda good, not like perfessional, but i had videospin, but its being really gay now

I use sony vegas 8 its prolly the 2nd best edtior out there you can do all sorts of stuff like make people look like they walk through walls and get hit by cars. You can make lightsabers! Its amazing what you can do with it! If you need help doing something on it just search your question on youtube there are plenty of videos that can help you! You can get for like $50. (there is a way to get it free)
