Which video/photo editing software should I buy?

I would like to be able to add a watermark to pictures and videos, do simple touch-ups to pictures, edit interviews and add text, and to be able to edit multiple video clips into one fluid video.
It can be two different products but I would like under or around 150 dollars for both video and photo editing.

Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements are bundled so that both cost less that buying them separately but at the same time. You can find them at stores and/or online at Best Buy, Staples, Office Depot, Walmart or at the Adobe website. CostCo might even have the bundle.
