i need help with finding video editing software..can anyone help?

Basic editing is good with Windows Movie Maker. For voice changing is Audacity, you need to import the mp3 and chance the pitch.

Well you can get a free torrented/cracked version of Vegas Pro 8.0 Its an awesome software, but I'm not responsible if you get caught getting free stuff.

i want to edit the video and the audio of the video,so wonder if there is such program that shows the vid and the audio underneath

Well Windows Movie Maker shows the audio track underneath the video track... but a great software you can use is Adobe After-works or Sony Vegas Pro 8.0 (I use Sony Vegas and it is seriously amazing.).
