VLC sound problem ..?

I use a video editing software to delete some parts of a video .. at first the video works fine on vlc .. after editing i render at the same exact format as the original .."same Frequency ,resolution , size ,format"... but then it doesn't work on vlc .. i get some weird sounds or no sound at all .. even though it still works on WMP fine

VLC doesn't suck I personally only had a problem with sound on one video using VLC out of thousands of videos
maybe redo it, try editing the video with some other software I'm sure the software that came with your OS would do the trick
