I have a roxio creator 2010 and I was wondering if it has the effect to slow motion, fast motion, and reverse a clip. If so can you tell me how to please?

I'd like to recommend AVS Video Edidtor to you, I always use it to edit video and make funny video for uploading to Youtube, it's easy to use and the quality is awesome, you can crop, cut, join, edit video with it easily. ry Windows Movie Maker, which comes free with Windows XP system by default. It usually locates under
C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\moviemk.exe
If this one doesn't work, try some other commercial movie making software for more advanced options, for example, I use Wondershare DVD Slideshow Builder to make youtube videos and burn DVDs.
