Q. I have a video that has letterboxes and pillar-boxes. Not only that, it also have the wrong video dimensions (540x360.) First, I need to eliminate the window-boxing. Next, I need to scrunch the video down to its proper 480x360 dimensions (Making it the appropriate 4:3 aspect ratio.)

Q. I'm trying to make a video for a class project and I recorded a video myself talking about the project. I recorded a few other clips I want to show in there as well, but I want what I'm saying in the first video to be heard during those clips.
