I want to start making youtube videos.

I have a mac, which has iMovie HD on it, but it is terrrrrrible. My mom's computer has another version of iMovie that I really like, but I don't know what it is and I'm away at college so I can't use it.

What is a free, easy to use basic video editing software that I can download?

Answer
BlazeVideo iPhone Video Converter provides ultimate video to iPhone solution for enjoying all popular videos on iPhone, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4 HD.

This MP4 iPhone video converter also lets you edit videos easily by its useful video editing features like: trim video clips, crop video size, merge multiple video files into one, add watermark, subtitle or video playback effects, and then convert the edited videos to iPhone.

Additional, this MP4 video converter for iPhone allows you to enjoy more videos or photos by iPhone: download videos from YouTube, create free ringtones for iPhone or make photo slideshow and then convert to MP4 for viewing on iPhone anywhere you are at any time.

What are some good video editing softwares for Microsoft, not Mac?

What is a video editing software I can get for free or from Best Buy? I need it soon so nothing I have to order from the internet that will take forever and a day. I need it to be able to play clips backwards. Plus, Windows Movie Maker just is not cutting it.

Answer
Pinnale Studios one (I forget the full name) is okay for a lower priced one. I wouldn't consider it great, but its a step up over Windows Movie Maker at least. It s definitely a consumer product though.

There is then Sony Vegas. This is very popular around the consumer scene. Its a little pricey though perhaps for what you're getting. But I hear its really easy to use and pickup. I've not used it personally though, just hear people are fairly satisfied with it.

There is Adobe Premiere Pro or Premiere Elements. The Pro one is far more expensive but far more robust. Elements would be a huge step up over Windows Movie Maker for you and not nearly as costly. That might also be the easiest one to just pickup from a BestBuy or such. I've used Pro only, so can't comment to heavily about Elements. But as its just a slightly "weaker" version of Pro, I would imagine its a pretty solid application.

Cheers.
