I am searching for a specific videos software that can do the effect below:
Assume that the video that I want to edit is a girl walking in the road or somewhere. I want to cut and remove everything around this girl. I want to watch only the girl walking and around her nothing or blanc.
What is the name of the software and where can I download it ?
P.S: it does not matter if it's free or paid.
