What's the best laptop for video editing??

I'm looking for the best WINDOWS 7 or 8 laptop for video editing for my money. My budget is around $800 (new or used; such as craigslist). I do not want to build my own. I love the new Dell XPS 15, but the price is a little high for me. Any ideas?
