I am planning on buying a new Toshiba Laptop(my budget is 500) I need it for video editing and everyday use. I am going to be editing on Sony Vegas with HD videos. Any ideas on some good ones?

I want to edit call of duty videosand upload them to youtube. I have a laptop in mind: M6-1205dx ...is this good for video editing? What is the most important aspect in a computor for video editing...Processor? RAM? Graphics card?
I need to choose between amd or intel and the graphics cards they come with... my budget is $700.
