I have been doing a bit of research myself but havn't been very successful, I was wondering, for making a high quality movie, what the best video editing software is?

Answer
The best is Final Cut Pro but i would also recommend Adobe Premiere

(final cut was used to edit quite a few Hollywood movies.)
